Education Choice Works: Survey of Special Needs Scholarship Families
This survey released by GFC's Center for an Educated Georgia analyzes the results of a statewide survey of families with children enrolled in a private school using the Georgia Special Needs Scholarship -- a program that helps parents of children with special needs pay the tuition of a private school that better meets their child's unique requirements.
By an overwhelming margin, these parents are satisfied with their new private school. The survey also finds that parents rate their child's experience at a private school significantly higher than their previous public school.
