We encourage you to continue helping families thrive by educating them about healthy relationships with the resources you have been certified in by the Georgia Healthy Marriage Initiative. We further encourage certified trainers and local Community Marriage and Family Initiatives to connect with each other.
- 2. How do certified trainers and CMFI’s connect?

Certified Trainers can visit www.georgiafamily.org to locate a list of the local CMFI’s in the community and contact them directly for specific details on how to get involved. Local CMFIs leaders can contact our office at 770-242-0001 to connect with certified trainers in their community.
- 3. What certifications are you offering now that the grant has ended?

Currently, the only certifications we offer are for PREPARE/ENRICH and 10 Great Dates. Future certification training dates have not been determined as of yet. We encourage you to visit our website at www.georgiafamily.org and click on our calendar of events to keep abreast of any training certifications that we may offer.

We recommend you visit the resource website directly to find out the process of becoming certified. A few of the links can be found on our website at www.georgiafamily.org.
- 5. How do I get curriculum now that the grant has ended?

Student curriculums can be ordered directly from the resource provider’s website. Visit www.georgiafamily.org to locate the link to the resource provider’s websites.
- 6. How do I find out what is going on in the community?

- 7. How will Georgia Family Council support certified trainers going forward?

We will continue to offer support to certified trainers by:
- Connecting trainers with CMFI’s and local community organizations for community events and classes
- Providing assistance with collecting student information for tracking purposes and data analysis
- Promoting events and classes on the Georgia Family Council website and through our internal contact database
- 8. How will Georgia Family Council support the CMFI’s going forward?

We will continue to offer the following support to CMFI’s:
- Data analysis
- Research on potential grant opportunities
- Connections with and introductions to local community groups
- Trainer coordination for classes or events
- Interns to assist on projects and as administrative help
- Partnership on projects that will help raise the profile of the CMFI
- 9. What are the benefits of remaining a certified trainer with GFC?

- Ongoing interaction with new and established CMFI network that provides opportunities to utilize healthy relationship certifications
- Continued certification training opportunities
- Free healthy relationship class, workshop, or event advertisement on Georgia Family Council’s events calendar at www.georgiafamily.org (must meet Georgia Family Council guidelines for posting).
